Laura Zoboli

Dr. Laura Zoboli is an Assistant Professor at IE University Law School. Her research focuses on the interaction between legal frameworks and market dynamics, with a particular emphasis on how regulation responds to technological innovation and sustainability imperatives. She works across intellectual property, data governance, and competition law, contributing to projects focused on regulatory tools for emerging technologies, policies for data sharing, and legal frameworks that support the circular economy. Before joining IE University, Laura held academic positions at the University of Brescia and at the University of Warsaw, where she continues to coordinate the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies. She has been a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition (Munich), Harvard University’s Berkman Klein Center, and the University of Amsterdam.
