Paddy is a Senior Data Scientist at the World Bank-UNHCR Joint Data Center on Forced Displacement (JDC), where he works with teams on innovative approaches to the production of socioeconomic data on those affected by forced displacement to inform operations, planning, policy, and research. Paddy has a background in research and was previously at the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), where he worked as a Senior Statistician, leading a cross-divisional team of analysts covering different policy areas, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
