Please review and understand the following details before registering:

You must log in or create an account to register. The sign-up process is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may mistakenly flag genuine sign-ups as bots. If this happens, please contact us.

Registration Deadlines:

    • Presenters: Register by 17 September 2025
    • All delegates: Register by 13 October 2025

Fees: Data for Policy 2025 (DfP’25) Asia-Pacific is a fee-paying event. Data for Policy is an independent not-for-profit community organisation and registration charges are critical to maintaining its strategic independence. Charging a registration fee also allows Data for Policy to cover its costs in setting up and running the conference.

The registration fees for Data for Policy 2025 (DfP’25) Asia-Pacific Edition are as follows:

  • Standard Registration: £ 450
  • Commercial/Private Sector: £ 650
  • Student: £ 320

    Important Notes:

    If you register under an incorrect fee category, your payment will be refunded, and you will be required to re-register using the correct type.

    Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided after the registration deadline or for no-shows. Presenters will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee until 17 September 2025, while all other delegates will be able to receive a full refund until 13 October 2025. No refunds will be issued after these dates. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] prior to the respective deadlines.
