Fees: Data for Policy 2026 (DfP’26) is a fee-paying event. Data for Policy is an independent not-for-profit community organisation and registration charges are critical to maintaining its strategic independence. Charging a registration fee also allows Data for Policy to cover its costs in setting up and running the conference.

The registration fees for Data for Policy 2026 (DfP’26) are as follows:

• Standard Registration: € 650
• Commercial/Private Sector: € 900
• Student: € 400

Important Notes:

If you register under an incorrect fee category, your payment will be refunded, and you will be required to re-register using the correct type.

Inclusive Registration Rate: A limited number of inclusive registration places are available at a reduced rate of €200 for eligible applicants. If you would like to be considered, please complete this application form after submitting your abstract or paper. Places are limited and submission of the form does not guarantee an inclusive registration rate. This fund covers the registration fee only and does not include travel or accommodation support.

Applications will be evaluated based on a mix of criteria, including geographic representation, career stage, institutional affiliation, and submission quality. The selection process will take place following the notification of acceptance of submissions, and successful applicants will be notified by email.

Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided after the registration deadline or for no-shows. Presenters will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee until 14 August 2026, while all other delegates will be able to receive a full refund until 25 August 2026. No refunds will be issued after these dates. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to dfp26@upf.edu prior to the respective deadlines.
